A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 57-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a senior citizens property tax credit for an owner who is age sixty-five or older; to amend and reenact subsection 7 of section 15.1-27-04.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to determination of state school aid; to provide an appropriation; and to provide an effective date.
