A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 57-33.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to grants for grid reliability and resiliency resources; to amend and reenact section 57-06-14.1, subsection 1 of section 57-33.2-04, and section 57-33.2-18 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a supplemental wind generation tax; to provide a continuing appropriation; and to provide an effective date.
