A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 65-01, a new section to chapter 65-05, a new section to chapter 65-06, and a new section to chapter 65-10 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to presumption of the treating physician, presumption of compensability, and disputing the denial of a claim; and to amend and reenact subsection 10 of section 65-01-02, and sections 65-06-03, 65-10-01, and 65-10-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the definition of a compensable injury, how compensation benefits are determined, and the cost of an appeal.
