Relating to advanced practice dental hygienists and practice on Indian reservations; to amend and reenact sections 43‑20‑01.1, 43‑20‑01.2, 43‑20‑01.4, 43‑20‑02.1, 43‑20‑03, 43‑20‑05, 43‑20‑08, 43‑20‑10, 43‑20‑11, 43‑20‑12.2, 43‑20‑12.3, and 43‑28‑06 and subsection 9 of section 43‑28‑18 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to advanced practice dental hygienists and the practice of dental‑related fields on Indian reservations; to provide a penalty; to provide for a report to the legislative management and the administrative rules committee; and to provide for application.
