A BILL for an Act amend and reenact section 57-39.2-26.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to increased allocation of sales, gross receipts, use, and motor vehicle excise tax collections to the state aid distribution fund to provide increased allocations to political subdivisions; to provide continuing appropriations; to provide an effective date; and to provide an expiration date.
