1015 § 4 Shall study pretrial services, sentencing alternatives, treatment options, and other related issues
1165 § 1 Study, in conjunction with representatives of the executive and judicial branches and other stakeholders, justice reinvestment reforms. The Legislative Management shall participate with representatives of the executive and judicial branches and other stakeholders such as judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, victims' advocates, corrections staff, law enforcement agencies, and service providers to seek cost-effective and evidence-based strategies to enhance public safety and properly manage corrections and supervision populations. The Legislative Management shall cooperate with representatives of the executive and judicial branches to seek technical assistance as appropriate from the United States Bureau of Justice Assistance, The PEW Charitable Trusts, and the Council of State Governments' Justice Center to conduct the reform initiative
