Receive report from the Department of Human Services regarding the impact of changing the eligibility requirement for the child care assistance program from 50 percent of the state median income to 85 percent and beginning July 1, 2014, reducing copay requirements for the child care assistance program (2013 House Bill No. 1422, § 8)
