Title
A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 11-09.1 and a new section to chapter 40-05.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to limitation of the rate of home rule sales, use, or excise taxes; to amend and reenact subsection 1 of section 57-39.2-02.1, subsection 1 of section 57-40.2-02.1, and sections 57-40.3-02 and 57-40.5-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to reduction of the rate of sales, use, motor vehicle excise, and aircraft excise taxes; and to provide an effective date.
