A BILL for an Act to create and enact section 26.1-21-24 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to bond purchases by state agencies and political subdivisions; and to amend and reenact subsection 3 of section 26.1-01-07.1 and sections 26.1-21-07, 26.1-21-09, and 26.1-21-10 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the insurance regulatory trust fund and insurance provided to state agencies and political subdivisions under the state bonding fund.
