A BILL for an Act to create and enact section 57-20-01.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to waiver of penalties and interest on delinquent property taxes; to amend and reenact sections 15-08-19, 57-20-26, and 57-28-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the period of property tax delinquency before foreclosure of a tax lien; to provide an effective date; and to provide an expiration date.
