A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact sections 11-19.1-04 and 11-19.1-05 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the eligibility of a registered nurse to serve as a county coroner or assistant coroner and required training; to repeal chapter 11-19 and sections 11-19.1-06 and 11-19.1-17 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the appointment and responsibilities of county coroners; and to provide an effective date.
