A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the information technology department; to create and enact a new section to chapter 15.1-02, a new section to chapter 23-01, a new subsection to section 54-35-15.2, and a new section to chapter 54-59 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the superintendent of public instruction, creation of a health information technology steering committee, the powers and duties of the information technology committee, and the borrowing authority of the information technology department; and to declare an emergency.
