A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the extension service, northern crops institute, upper great plains transportation institute, main research center, branch research centers, and agronomy seed farm; to amend and reenact sections 4-41-02 and 24-02-03.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to industrial hemp licenses and the central motor pool; to provide for transfer of funds; to provide legislative intent; to provide for a report to the sixty-first legislative assembly; to provide an exemption; and to declare an emergency.
