A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the state board for career and technical education; to create and enact a new section to chapter 15-20.1 and three new sections to chapter 54-60 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to an elementary student entrepreneurship grant program and a workforce enhancement grant program; to amend and reenact section 43-18-24 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a penalty for violating the state plumbing code; to provide a transfer; and to provide legislative intent.
