A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 23-12 and a new section to chapter 34-06 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to smoke-free exceptions and the authority of the labor commissioner; to amend and reenact sections 23-12-09, 23-12-10, 23-12-10.2, and 23-12-11 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to smoke-free environments; to repeal section 23-12-10.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to smoking area signage; and to provide a penalty.
