A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to title 65 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the requirement that an employer provide workers' compensation coverage for an employee; to amend and reenact subsection 21 of section 65-01-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the workers' compensation definition of hazardous employment; and to coverage for custom agricultural operations.
