A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 15-04, a new section to chapter 15-07, a new subsection to section 20.1-02-04, and a new subsection to section 20.1-03-39 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to public access on original grant lands and nongrant lands, duties of the director of the game and fish department, and regulation of guides; to amend and reenact section 15-07-20 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to nongrant land leases; and to provide an appropriation.
