A BILL for an Act to create and enact two new sections to chapter 20.1-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to powers of the game and fish director and guiding on prohibited lands; to amend and reenact subsection 25 of section 20.1-01-02 and sections 20.1-03-37, 20.1-03-38, 20.1-03-39, and 20.1-03-40 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to licensing and qualifications of guides and outfitters; and to provide a penalty.
