A BILL for an Act to create and enact two new sections to chapter 25-18 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to treatment or care centers for individuals with developmental disabilities; to amend and reenact sections 25-18-01 and 25-18-05 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to payment to treatment or care centers for individuals with developmental disabilities; to repeal sections 25-18-02, 25-18-04, 25-18-06, 25-18-07, 25-18-08, 25-18-11, and 25-18-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a fee-for-service ratesetting system for treatment or care centers for individuals with developmental disabilities; to provide an effective date; and to declare an emergency.
