Title
A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 54-52.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to acceptance and expenditure of funds by the retirement board for the uniform group insurance program from third parties; to amend and reenact sections 54-52.1-04 and 54-52.1-04.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to bid negotiations for the health insurance plan and self-insurance and the development of a uniform group insurance program-specific health care provider network; and to provide a continuing appropriation.
