subsection 1 of section 12-54.1-01, and sections 12-54.1-03 and 29-27-05 of the North Dakota

Century Code, relating to placements at the North Dakota youth correctional center, the North

|
Dakota state penitentiary, prison employment and prison industries, training and work release

programs, performance-based sentence reduction, meritorious sentence reduction, and transfer
|
|
of offenders to the department of corrections and rehabilitation.
