outlet from Devils Lake; to amend and reenact sections 61-02.1-01 and 61-02.1-02.1 of the
|
|
North Dakota Century Code, relating to the water commission's authority to issue bonds for
|
|
projects; to repeal section 61-02.1-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to bond
|
|
issuance amount limits; and to declare an emergency.
