study; to provide for the distribution of special education payments; to provide for a
|
|
legislative council study; to provide a statement of legislative intent; to amend and reenact
|

section 15.1-02-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the salary of the
|
|
superintendent of public instruction; and to declare an emergency.
