Title
A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the department of commerce; to provide for a transfer to the general fund; to provide an exemption; to provide statements of legislative intent; to direct the state tax commissioner to audit the ethanol incentive program; to create and enact two new sections to chapter 54-60 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a continuing appropriation and centers of excellence; to amend and reenact section 57-38.5-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the seed capital investment tax credit; and to provide an effective date.
