Title
A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the various divisions under the supervision of the director of the department of transportation; to authorize the department of transportation to acquire lands; to amend and reenact sections 24-01-51, 24-02-44, and 39-04-19, and subdivisions f and g of subsection 1 of section 39-09-02 of the North Dakota Century Code and section 7 of chapter 331 of the 2001 Session Laws, relating to haying of no-mow areas, department of transportation authority for emergency borrowing from the Bank of North Dakota, motor vehicle registration fees, and speed limits; to allocation; and to declare an emergency.
