A BILL for an Act to create and enact thirteen new sections to chapter 39-22 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the licensing of motor vehicle dealers; to amend and reenact sections 39-05-17, 39-22-04, 39-22-05.1, 39-22-06, and 39-22-11 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to vehicle title transfer requirements and motor vehicle dealer licensing; to motor vehicle dealer licensing; to provide a penalty; and to provide an effective date.
