A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 1 of section 23-09.3-01, sections 23-09.3-02, 23-09.3-04, 23-09.3-05, 23-09.3-06, 23-09.3-07, 23-09.3-08, 23-09.3-08.1, 23-09.3-10, 23-09.3-11, subsection 3 of section 50-10.1-01, subsections 3 and 7 of section 50-24.5-02, subsection 7 of section 50-24.5-03, and section 50-24.5-04 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to basic care and assisted living facilities; to repeal sections 23-09.3-01.1 and 23-09.3-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the moratorium on expansion of basic care bed capacity and access to a pharmacist; and to provide a contingent effective date.
