are required of an adult family foster care provider; and to amend and reenact subsection 2 of

section 50-11-02, section 50-11-02.4, subsection 5 of section 50-11-06.8, and section

|
50-11-06.9 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to when fingerprints are not required of
|
|
a foster care provider, when a law enforcement agency is to take fingerprints of persons
|
|
providing foster care services, and when a criminal history record investigation is not
|
|
required of foster care providers.
