section 39-16.1-01, subsection 2 of section 39-20-03.2, and subsection 1 of section 39-20-05
|
|
of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to notice of change of address for an operator's
|
|
license or permit, suspension for failure to appear in court or post and forfeit bond, means
|
|
to request a hearing, reduction of point total, proof of financial responsibility, serving
|
|
results of a blood test on a nonresident operator, and extension of a temporary operator's
|
|
permit.
