section 54-52.1-03, and sections 54-52.1-03.3, 54-52.1-06, and 54-52.1-11 of the North Dakota

Century Code, relating to the definition of eligible employee, retiree eligibility for the

|
group health insurance program and retiree health benefits, and excess funds and
|
|
confidentiality of records under the uniform group insurance program; and to provide a
|
|
transfer.
