Title
A concurrent resolution for the amendment of section 11 of article IV of the Constitution of North Dakota, relating to the filling of vacancies in the legislative assembly. STATEMENT OF INTENT This amendment would require the legislative assembly to provide by law a specific method for filling vacancies in the legislative assembly to replace the requirement that the governor issues writs of election to fill vacancies.
