A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new chapter to title 6, a new section to chapter

50-24.4, and a new chapter to title 50 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a funding
|
|
pool to establish the North Dakota health care trust fund to make grants and loans to support
|
|
development of adult residential care facilities, assisted living facilities, and other
|
|
alternatives to nursing facility care; to repeal chapter 50-21 of the North Dakota Century
|
|
Code, relating to the administration of a revolving fund for nursing homes and homes for aged;
|
|
to provide continuing appropriations to make funding pool payments and disbursements from the
|
|
North Dakota health care trust fund; to declare a retroactive application; and to declare an
|
|
emergency.
