section 57-36-25 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the tobacco product stamp

requirements on sales to enrolled tribal members, the time for filing tobacco products tax
|
|
returns by licensed tobacco products manufacturers, and the imposition of penalty and interest
|
|
under the tobacco products tax law.
